There are absolutely no upfront costs involved with our investment services. We are 100% tranparent from the start and will outline any fees payable during our process. Our fees are only payable if and when your purchase has completed.
We always require our investors to carry out thier own Due dilligence on the properties we pacakge for them just like any other service they use. We are also happy to hold all funds payable in an Escrow account allowing you to be 100% in control of the transactions terms.
We only charge a fee upon completeion of a property deal, So there are no hidden fees or upfront services charges when working with us.
